How many keywords can I create?
You can set up and use as many keywords as you want. There is no limit on the number of keywords or journeys you can create.
Can all of our staff create journeys?
Yes! You can invite anyone to be an admin in your account.
What number will the text messages come from?
When you create an account you will pick a phone number to use with your Response account. This will be a 7 digit phone number in the same area code as your church.
Mobile text messages that are sent from either Response or a user of Response are intended for mobile subscribers who have opted in by either means of 1. Texting a keyword to the phone number or 2. Entered their information on an online signup page, or given explicit permission to Response or a user of Response to contact the mobile subscriber via text message.

All messages sent from either Response or a user of Response are intended for persons over the age of 13. Furthermore, Response does not tolerate any material being sent via text message that contains explicit content such as strong language, nudity, pornography, and any questionable offensive content.
Response’s services are available to mobile subscribers on most major and minor carriers.
To stop receiving text messages from Response or a user of Response, you may reply to any message you have received with one of the following words: STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE.

What information we collect: Response or a user of Response may only collect your information (mobile number and/or name) in one of the following ways:
If you choose to opt in to a journey by texting the keyword of the journey to a Response phone number. Upon opting in by texting the keyword, you will receive an automated response message in which the details of the specific journey are disclosed. You are also able to opt out at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE. Message and data rates apply. A user of Response may have collected your information previously on an opt-in basis for the specific mobile marketing campaign. Mobile subscriber information or lists from 3rd parties are not allowed to be used for any reason, at any time. Any user that is found to be using a 3rd party list will have their account closed and terminated immediately without any notice.
